Nash County woman wins $103,296 Digital Instant jackpot

Bonnie Wright of Spring Hope took a chance on the Jackpot Spectacular Digital Instant game on Wednesday and won a $103,296 jackpot.

Wright won the jackpot on a $1 play. The odds of that happening are 1 in 40,000,000.

She came to the lottery headquarters on Friday to claim her prize. After state and federal tax withholdings, she took home $74,384.

Jackpot Spectacular is a progressive jackpot game, which currently sits at over $94,000.

@NCEL I guess it is just luck that 90% of all these Jackpots are WON on .50 and $1 wagers, but the odds suppose to be better when playing for $30 yet 90% are won at lower levels. I just find this just odd and suspicious!NC Lottery
